Impetus expanded its Prism observability product into an AI trust platform. New features include token and cost visibility for AI agents, end-to-end agent tracing, monitoring for PII leakage, toxicity and prompt injection, and token optimisation advice. Prism now gives a single view across cloud, Databricks and Snowflake estates and adds cost anomaly detection and Snowflake sizing recommendations.

Databricks named Qubika its Latin America Innovation Partner of the Year at the Data + AI World Tour in São Paulo. The award follows its move to the Gold partner tier in 2026.

TO THE NEW named Somnath Adak Group Chief Financial Officer for itself and affiliate CloudKeeper, effective 30 September 2026. Based in Singapore, he will run finance and legal across the group's operations in Asia, the US, the UK, the UAE and Australia. He was previously CFO and then CEO of Singapore-listed Asian Pay Television Trust, with earlier roles at Macquarie, ITC and Grant Thornton.
