The client operated a fragmented, petabyte-scale data environment that limited business and regulatory reporting. The organization required a unified enterprise data platform that could standardize data management, improve governance, and support trusted reporting across the enterprise.

Hoonartek modernized the client's data platform by implementing a unified Databricks lakehouse supporting batch, Change Data Capture (CDC), API, file, and streaming data ingestion. The implementation standardized enterprise data layers while incorporating governance, data lineage, master data management (MDM), and personally identifiable information (PII) controls to support both business and regulatory reporting.

The client required a unified enterprise data platform capable of integrating multiple source systems in real time while eliminating data silos and supporting analytics, regulatory reporting, and machine learning initiatives.

Hoonartek implemented real-time Change Data Capture (CDC) across seven source systems and more than 2,000 tables, integrating the data into a governed Google BigQuery platform. The solution incorporated data lineage, data quality controls, and a business glossary while standardizing machine learning lifecycle management through an MLOps framework.
