AWS Services Partners
This Request for Information (RFI) is designed to assess and benchmark firms operating as AWS Services Partners - consulting, implementation, and managed services organisations formally accredited under the Amazon Web Services Partner Network (APN) that generate revenue by advising, migrating, building, and managing AWS workloads for enterprise and commercial clients.
The assessment evaluates partners across two equally weighted dimensions: Market Penetration, covering AWS-attributed revenue and growth, APN tier and competency standing, client delivery traction, commercial model, and co-sell depth with AWS; and Technology Maturity, covering AWS practice breadth, architecture and engineering depth, certified talent depth, managed services operational capability, and security and compliance delivery.
Responses will be used solely for independent market research and partner landscape analysis- all submissions are treated as confidential, and findings will be published only in aggregated or anonymised form.

• To ensure fair, consistent, and objective evaluation across all participants, we request that questions requiring numeric inputs (such as counts, percentages, or ranges) be answered strictly in the specified numeric or selectable format wherever possible.
• For questions that explicitly request descriptive responses, participants are welcome to elaborate on their services and capabilities. The length of such narrative responses will not negatively impact scoring.
• Our intent is not to restrict the level of detail provided, but to enable clear, comparable, and evidence based analysis accross all vendors. Where estimates are required, reasonable approximations or clearly stated ranges are acceptable.
