    About Rackspace Technology

Rackspace Technology is a San Antonio based provider of managed cloud services, covering public cloud, private cloud, data centre operations and applications for enterprises worldwide.

It has been repositioning around enterprise and sovereign AI infrastructure for regulated industries, through a definitive agreement with AMD to deploy up to 30 MW of AI compute through 2028, a Palantir operating framework, a Managed Compute and Inference Platform and a Chief AI Officer appointed in August 2026. In September it joined the NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program. In October 2026 Hinduja Global Solutions became the first announced global systems integrator customer for its AMD-based private AI infrastructure, under a three-year deal starting in December. The shift comes with pressure, as Rackspace cut its 2026 revenue outlook in July while exiting lower margin cloud work. AIM Research places Rackspace as Seasoned in MLOps Service Providers, and it is also listed among Generative AI Service Providers.
