About Kyndryl
Kyndryl is an IT infrastructure services company headquartered in New York that was spun off from IBM in 2021.
It designs, builds, manages and modernizes mission-critical systems for large enterprises and governments, spanning mainframe, cloud, network, security, data and AI services, much of it run through its Kyndryl Bridge platform and Kyndryl Consult unit. In September 2026 it closed the acquisition of Healthcare IT Leaders and won a ten-year NASPO ValuePoint contract. In October it opened its first EU AI innovation lab in Luxembourg with Banque Internationale a Luxembourg as founding client, began deploying agentic AI in Toyota Finance's IT operations with Toyota Systems, and opened a cyber defence centre in Paris. The Dutch government upheld its ban on Kyndryl's planned acquisition of Solvinity, ending that deal. AIM Research places Kyndryl as a Challenger in Data Science Service Providers.
