Providers support the full lifecycle, from location strategy, entity setup, compliance, and hiring to HR, IT, security, and vendor management, ensuring reliable operations and long-term value.
These services have evolved from one-time setup support to integrated, outcome-driven programs covering strategy, site selection, regulatory enablement, talent acquisition, operations, and capability build-out across functions like engineering, analytics, and finance, along with automation and AI adoption.
The focus has shifted from simply establishing GCCs to sustaining performance, with emphasis on faster setup, operational resilience, leadership development, productivity, and innovation. Modern GCC enablement also prioritizes data security, compliance, ESG/DEI practices, business continuity, and governance, ensuring transparency and long-term enterprise value.
