These advancements integrate generative AI to elevate the platform’s natural language question-and-answer capabilities, enriching the research experience for tax and accounting professionals and amplifying their capacity to deliver superior client value.

The newly introduced GenAI functionality revolutionizes the way users interact with CCH® AnswerConnect. By allowing for natural language queries, the platform taps into Wolters Kluwer’s trusted content repositories to deliver insights on recent tax law changes, aid in tax return preparation, and spotlight tax planning opportunities. This enhancement streamlines access to critical information, including cross-references to the Internal Revenue Code, tax regulations, and administrative guidelines, thereby offering timely and actionable intelligence in an easily digestible format.
