Subsequently, we gathered these nominations and assessed them based on key performance indicators such as leadership skills, innovation, and overall impact on the industry.

The second phase of our methodology involved a meticulous review process by our expert panel. Utilizing a weighted scoring system, each nominee’s career achievements, leadership qualities, and influence in their respective domains were evaluated. Additional criteria such as professional experience, industry recognition, and contributions to community and diversity initiatives were also considered.
