Cathryne Clay Doss holds the distinction of being the inaugural Chief Data Officer (CDO) globally, having assumed this role at Capital One back in 2003. Over time, the CDO position gained prominence in various industries, including finance. Doss later served in executive data-related roles at Equifax and Fannie Mae. In addition to her corporate endeavors, she established her own venture, known as Mother of Six LLC.
