The Experience Optimisation (XO) Platform Version 11.0 has been released, according to, a pioneer in corporate conversational and generative AI platform technology. Multi-LLM Generative AI:
The platform enables the orchestration of multiple Large Language Model (LLM) models, ensuring the best fit for each use case and scenario, while maintaining enhanced security and performance through built-in guardrails.

XO GPT Models:’s XO GPT models are designed to enable more human-like conversations through paraphrasing, summarization, and true user intent understanding. These models are optimized for customer experience conversational use cases, offering a lighter, faster, and less expensive alternative.

Advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG):
The platform now provides advanced content discovery capabilities using a company’s own assets, with custom extraction strategies, enhanced data management, and tailored chunking options. Users can create prompts and business rules specific to their use cases.

Outbound Campaigns and Agent Assistance:’s platform now includes an agentless dialer for proactive voice outreach to customers, as well as real-time coaching and guided instructions for human agents to enhance their performance.
