Conversational AI startup Alltius released a new AI platform tailored specifically for banks, insurers, and other financial firms looking to turbocharge their sales and customer service operations.
The platform, built on research from elite institutions like Carnegie Mellon and UPenn’s Wharton School, deploys advanced generative AI assistants to automate workflows and enhance customer and employee experiences.
With data security being paramount in finance, Alltius has baked in enhanced security measures and financial domain expertise to meet stringent industry requirements.
The offering includes four main products:
- In-Product Assist provides an AI-powered self-service “copilot” for customers, automating up to 95% of interactions with 99% accuracy – reducing wait times from hours to seconds.
- Sales Assist arms sales teams with a specialized AI assistant to handle mundane tasks, rapidly train new hires, and deliver personalized, high-converting sales pitches.
- Support Agent Assist tackles 99% of routine service inquiries through AI, allowing human agents to focus on complex issues – boosting productivity over 20%.
- Website Assist is an AI copilot for company websites to guide visitors, recommend tailored products/services, and improve lead conversion.
The platform is already delivering results for major financial services players like insurance disruptor Assurance IQ, which used Alltius’ Sales Assistant to slash agent ramp time from 6 months to just 2 months.
“One of the best [platforms] we have seen in the market. Also, they are one of the best teams we have worked with among our vendors after trying this ourselves for 2 years,” said Nick Howard, CTO, Assurance IQ.
Buy-now-pay-later pioneer Klarna has also deployed Alltius’ AI support chatbots, reportedly saving millions.
“Alltius is dedicated to revolutionizing the sales and customer support journeys with our advanced AI assistants”, said Vibs Abhishek, CEO of Alltius.
Sanjay Nath, a partner at Blume Ventures praised the startup’s approach, “Vibhanshu and the Altius team were hyper focused to build out wide ranging use cases across sales, customer support and customer success from day 1 and go after massive markets.”
In total, Alltius claims over $4 million in cost savings across financial services clients through intelligent automation.
With generative AI emerging as a game-changing force, incumbents and fintechs alike are tapping startups like Alltius to gain an edge through sophisticated AI capabilities.
As the financial sector AI race intensifies, early movers could reap out-sized rewards from automating core operations and delivering premier customer experiences.
