Sachin Gupta, Breakout’s co-founder and CEO, has deep experience in building scalable tech solutions. He previously founded HackerEarth, a technical hiring platform used by over 1,000 companies and 10 million developers. His co-founder, Hitesh Aggarwal, spent over a decade developing AI-driven products at Google and Citi. Together, they identified a major challenge in B2B sales scaling the early sales process effectively without losing engagement quality.

The Changing Landscape of B2B Buying

It is no secret that most buyers now prefer to conduct research independently before engaging with a sales team. Studies indicate that over 70% of the buying journey is completed before a prospect even speaks with a sales representative. During this time, they navigate company websites, third-party review platforms, and comparison sites often without receiving tailored assistance.

For human sales teams, providing real-time, personalized support to every website visitor is nearly impossible. However, AI is well-suited for this task.
