WalkMe to Release New Generative AI Features in Spring of 2024

AI Answers and AI SmartTips are just two components of a much broader GenAI offering we will release at our annual flagship event in June to solve these problems for our customers

As part of their spring 2024 product update, WalkMe Ltd., a pioneer in digital adoption solutions, has announced the introduction of new generative AI (GenAI) capabilities. The first parts of a larger GenAI offering will be unveiled at WalkMe’s annual flagship event, Realise, on June 18. The two features, AI Answers and AI SmartTips, are available now.

With the introduction of conversational search by AI Answers, users may now ask questions in normal language and get replies that are comprehensible and human-like. This functionality provides teams, the entire organisation, or consumers with reliable and compliance information by effortlessly integrating with corporate-approved sources.

AI SmartTips revolutionise data entry for open-text fields in workflows like CRM forms, IT tickets, and performance appraisals. AI SmartTips guarantees data enters are high-quality and compliant by providing real-time input validations, removing problems such as insufficient or inconsistent inputs. By doing this, companies may steer clear of costly mistakes like operational bottlenecks, misguided plans, and needless risks that come with low-quality data.

“We are excited to unveil these new AI capabilities that empower our end-users to be more productive,” said Adriel Sanchez, Chief Marketing Officer of WalkMe. “AI Answers and AI SmartTips are just two components of a much broader GenAI offering we will release at our annual flagship event in June to solve these problems for our customers.”

WalkMe’s Workflow solutions have also been improved for the spring 2024 product release, giving corporate executives the ability to oversee digital adoption programmes for crucial workflows with real-time statistics and customisable dashboards. Through the visualisation and optimisation of user experiences, Flow Analytics will assist in locating sites of friction in intricate business tech stacks. WalkMe’s human-centric innovation strategy also includes improved ActionBots, more precise content access restrictions, and a new Partner Hub for third-party digital adoption partnerships.

Customers will be able to utilise these new features as of May 21, 2024. On June 18, 2024, during Realise, the entirety of WalkMe’s GenAI offering will be digitally shown. Come explore in-depth with WalkMe at Realise how these developments may help companies make the most of GenAI, making it proactive, approachable, and useful for users.
