The collaboration leverages Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to provide retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPGs) with rapid, in-depth insights, paving the way for truly connected end-to-end retail experiences.

SymphonyAI’s retail applications integrate deep domain expertise with predictive and generative AI capabilities on Azure, enabling retailers to make more effective decisions faster. These applications, built on retail-specific Language Model (LLM) technology, utilize Azure OpenAI Service to securely access customer datasets and external sources. The latest additions to SymphonyAI’s portfolio, the Category Manager Copilot and Demand Planner Copilot, aim to empower retailers to address challenging industry issues more efficiently.

The Demand Planner Copilot addresses the challenges faced by demand planners responsible for optimizing inventory quantities.
