Salesforce and Workday Form Strategic Partnership To Unveil New AI Employee Service Agent

Through this connection, businesses will be able to design and oversee agents for a range of employee support use cases, improving the success of both their clients and staff.

Plans for a new AI employee support agent were revealed today by Workday, a top supplier of solutions to assist businesses in managing their people and finances, and Salesforce, the top AI CRM. In order to assist staff members operate more efficiently and quickly, this cutting-edge agent is made to automate time-consuming chores, offer individualised guidance, and reveal data-driven insights.

The partnership integrates the Workday platform and Workday AI with Salesforce’s new Agentforce Platform and Einstein AI. Through this connection, businesses will be able to design and oversee agents for a range of employee support use cases, improving the success of both their clients and staff. With the use of Workday HR and finance data as well as Salesforce CRM data, the new AI employee support agents will be able to comprehend and converse with workers in natural language much like a person would. As a consequence, there will be a noticeable increase in the efficiency of duties pertaining to career development, health benefit modifications, onboarding, and more.

When complicated issues come up, the AI employee support agent will hand off the matter to the right person while preserving all prior information and context for a seamless transition.   • Seamless Integration Between Workday and Slack
