Welcome & Introductions
AIM Leaders Council representatives will introduce the CDO Vision Series, its objectives, and the key themes for the evening.
9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Panel Discussion 1: Embracing AI-First Approaches in Enterprise Tech**
Instead of starting with workflows and adding intelligence later, foundational models are flipping this approach. They start with a general-purpose AI model—one that can understand and respond in context—and add configurable workflows on top of it. Instead of committing to a traditional SaaS tool, companies might benefit from asking, “What if I started with intelligence (an AI model) and built software around it?” This discussion will see panellists consider the future possibilities of an AI-centric tech stack that might offer more agility and intelligence at its core, rather than layering it on top.
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Panel Discussion 2: Opportunities and Challenges in Migrating to AI-First Tools
Migrating from legacy tech stacks like traditional RPA and CRM systems to AI-first models presents both significant challenges and opportunities. This panel will address the complexities of transitioning from established, workflow-driven systems to intelligence-first tools, including integration obstacles and change management. Panelists will also highlight the potential for reimagining the tech stack to enhance ROI, efficiency, and innovation, providing a roadmap for unlocking the full benefits of AI-driven systems.
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Roundtable Discussion: Transitioning to an Intelligence-First Enterprise Tech
This interactive roundtable session will allow participants to discuss the practicalities of shifting towards AI-first tech stacks, focusing on planning, execution, and workforce readiness. The discussion will aim to equip attendees with actionable strategies for successful implementation of intelligence-driven technology. In this we will discuss, three topics: Leadership Buy-In and Sponsorship: Strategies to gain leadership buy-in and secure sponsorship for the shift to AI-first tech stacks. Execution – Balancing Innovation and Operational Consistency: Exploring ways to maintain productivity and minimize disruptions while transitioning to AI-first systems.
