TowneBank (Jan 2024 – Present) As Chief Data Officer, Fisher is spearheading TowneBank’s data-centric initiatives in Charlotte, North Carolina. In just one month, she has already made strides in shaping the organization’s data landscape.

Moody’s Corporation (Aug 2019 – Feb 2023) In her role as Managing Director, Fisher led the Data Management journey, enhancing foundational capabilities and establishing a mature data organization. She authored enterprise data governance standards and drove adherence across various lines of business. Fisher implemented Collibra as the metadata management tool of choice.

Bank of America (Aug 2013 – Aug 2019) During her 13-year tenure at Bank of America, Fisher served as Enterprise Data Management Services Executive. She led the data management strategy across key lines of businesses, focusing on data controls, quality, and transparency. Fisher instituted the Authorized Data Sourcing (ADS) framework, implemented governance standards, and drove cultural change.
