With over 25 years of extensive experience in Financial Services Technology, Data, and Artificial Intelligence, Oleg Aspis has continually demonstrated adeptness across diverse roles, ensuring robust data management and strategic alignment within organizations. His core objectives center around the harmonization of enterprise data strategies with business unit plans, reinforcing the critical role of data as a core enterprise asset.
Previously serving as the Managing Director in the Office of the Chief Data, Analytics, and AI Officer at TIAA, Aspis exhibited exceptional leadership, steering teams to develop solutions across various business sectors. His tenure encompassed spearheading enterprise-wide business analytics, artificial intelligence initiatives, and providing instrumental operational and strategic decision support across multifaceted domains such as retail business data management, customer acquisition and retention, product cross-selling, development, and process optimization.
