eBay (2020 – 2024)

During the pandemic, Mandy played a crucial role in improving the customer experience analytics organisation as the Senior Director of Data Science & Analytics. Over 380 million touchpoints were handled yearly by the worldwide team of analysts and data scientists under her leadership. Actionable insights were facilitated by Mandy’s efforts to integrate onsite customer journey data and turn the team into strategic thought partners.

Dell Technologies (2010 – 2020)

Throughout her 10 years at Dell, Mandy oversaw several analytics and business intelligence teams in a variety of disciplines. She led the development of a single sales BI data integration platform and was instrumental in the merger of Dell and EMC. Her visionary leadership in creating a unified data strategy and governance framework greatly improved the business’s operational effectiveness and capacity for data-driven decision-making.

Silicon Laboratories, Inc. (2004 – 2010)
