A Track Record of Execution and Innovation
Sultan’s impressive track record includes leading structural changes in Value-Based Care, FHIR Interoperability, Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, and numerous related areas of operations and analytics. His ability to craft visionary strategies and execute them through innovative solutions has been instrumental in his previous roles.
At Cognizant, Sultan founded and led a brand-new consulting practice around healthcare data interoperability, taking it from concept to $100M in revenue within a year. He also created and ran a training program that certified 500 FHIR experts in less than six months.
During his tenure at LexisNexis, Sultan led the Strategy team, which included all the solution owners. Under his leadership, the company achieved its largest single-year growth ever, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
