Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc., one of the leading mortgage subservicing companies in the United States, has appointed Aaron Belovsky as its new Chief Data Officer (CDO). Dovenmuehle specializes in servicing loans on behalf of commercial banks, credit unions, mortgage banking companies, and state and local housing finance agencies nationwide.
Founded in 1844, Dovenmuehle is the oldest mortgage banking company in the Midwest and one of the oldest mortgage companies in the United States. The company subservices residential, commercial, and multifamily mortgage loans for borrowers located in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories.
Belovsky brings over two decades of experience in software engineering and leadership roles across various sectors, including gaming, healthcare, hospitality, and government. His appointment underscores Dovenmuehle’s dedication to harnessing the power of data to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
Leadership Experience and Expertise
Belovsky’s career journey reflects his commitment to excellence and innovation in software engineering and leadership. He has held key positions in various organizations, starting as a Lead Software Engineer at the State of Alaska from December 2001 to August 2007. He then transitioned to Great Wolf Resorts, where he served as Lead Software Engineer from September 2007 to May 2010. Following this, Belovsky took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Casper Seven from June 2010 to September 2014. His leadership skills further flourished as Engineering Director at RiverKids Pediatric Home Health from June 2015 to January 2023. Most recently, Belovsky served as Engineering Manager at Pixelberry Studios from January 2023 to March 2024, before assuming his current position as Chief Data Officer at Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. in March 2024.
