Polestar Powers Up U.S. Presence with Bold Expansion, Leadership Moves, and AI Breakthroughs

The company plans to triple its U.S. headcount by the end of the year.

Polestar, a leading AI and analytics partner for Fortune 1000 enterprises, is accelerating its expansion in the United States with the opening of new offices in Dallas, Texas, and New York City. In addition to expanding its workforce, Polestar has strengthened its leadership team in the U.S., with senior executives, including the CEO, relocating from India to strategically drive its growth plans. These leadership moves are designed to ensure that Polestar remains close to its clients and continues to build on its success in the U.S. market.

Chetan Alsisaria, CEO & Co-Founder of Polestar, highlighted the company’s momentum despite challenging market conditions: “These are exciting times for us as we’ve seen steep growth over the past three years. We have built deeper capabilities across CPG, retail, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, despite the market condition not being favorable in the US. So far, we have gained strong traction in the US and plan to expand our presence in the coming months. Our focus remains on building a world-class team based in the U.S., being close to our clients, and further strengthening our capabilities. We are committed to laying a robust foundation across all business functions, with continued investments in research and development (R&D) and talent development.”

Polestar’s ongoing investment in R&D and business development underscores its commitment to innovation and delivering transformative digital solutions globally. Leveraging cutting-edge data science, AI, and Generative AI, Polestar is addressing industry-specific challenges, empowering business leaders with tools for smarter, data-driven operations. The company’s innovative use of Generative AI extends decision intelligence beyond IT, offering intuitive solutions that cater to the evolving needs of enterprises.

A key aspect of Polestar’s expansion strategy is talent development. The company plans to triple its U.S. headcount by the end of the year. Currently, with a global workforce of over 600 employees, Polestar is on track to achieve 60% growth over the next year, increasing its employee strength to 1,000.

“Polestar has consistently attracted world-class data scientists, engineers, and consultants to strategically meet the growing needs of our clients,” said Asim Jamil, Head of Human Resources at Polestar. “We are focused on adding value to our clients spread across the globe and aim to hire across job roles such as data science, data engineering, data analytics, as well as Generative AI among others over the next year.”

Founded 12 years ago, Polestar has established a global presence with offices in Dallas, New York, London, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Noida, and Kolkata. Polestar’s future is defined by ambitious growth and strategic innovation. Serving Fortune 500 companies, large Indian conglomerates, government entities, and unicorns, Polestar’s success is rooted in building a strong team, attracting top talent, and prioritizing client success—evidenced by an impressive repeat business rate of over 87%.

Looking ahead, Polestar’s growth will be driven by three key levers: geographical expansion, industry-specific solutions, and innovation. The company has secured its first round of funding to fuel its aggressive expansion in the U.S. market. Additionally, Polestar is developing industry-specific accelerators and solutions, particularly for sectors like CPG and manufacturing, to address unique business challenges. By investing in next-generation technologies and integrating them into its offerings, Polestar aims to deliver exponential returns for its clients, ensuring that these strategies will continue to propel the company’s growth.
