How Track3D is Shattering Construction Norms with a $4.3M Boost and Game-Changing AI Tech

Track3D is positioning itself as a game-changer by offering a solution that integrates data from drones, 360-degree cameras, laser scanners, and mobile devices into a single platform.

Construction monitoring has long been a challenge for the industry, with teams relying on disjointed tools and traditional methods to track progress. Accuracy and real-time insights often fall short, leaving project managers scrambling to avoid costly delays and rework. Enter Track3D, a US-based AI startup that is addressing this exact pain point. The company has developed a unified Reality Intelligence Platform designed to revolutionize how construction sites are monitored. By leveraging AI-powered visual data capture, Track3D transforms reality capture into a dynamic system that offers real-time insights and automated progress tracking, setting a new standard for efficiency and precision in the built environment.

The company recently closed a $4.3 million seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Shadow Ventures and Monta Vista Capital, among others. The capital infusion is a critical milestone that will enable Track3D to expand its product offerings and accelerate market penetration. Track3D is positioning itself as a game-changer by offering a solution that integrates data from drones, 360-degree cameras, laser scanners, and mobile devices into a single platform.

For the construction industry, which often operates with tight schedules and budgets, having access to real-time, actionable insights can be the difference between success and costly overruns. Companies such as Hensel Phelps and Performance Contracting Inc. (PCI) are already seeing the benefits. PCI’s Operations Finance VP, Brett Dahmer, noted how Track3D transformed their approach to monitoring, enabling more accurate tracking of various construction elements with minimal reliance on traditional inputs. Within six months, PCI expanded its use of Track3D across multiple projects, underscoring the platform’s scalability and effectiveness.

KP Reddy, founder and CEO of Shadow Ventures, believes Track3D’s impact goes beyond construction. “We invested in Track3D not just because they provide unprecedented transparency into the construction process but because their AI-based computer vision platform works on projects of any scale,” Reddy explained. He also emphasized that the platform addresses a fundamental need for cost-efficient and accurate project tracking that is transforming the industry.

Track3D’s solution is more than just a technological novelty—it’s delivering measurable results. Companies using the platform report an average 15 percent boost in productivity, a 12 percent improvement in schedule adherence, and a 20 percent reduction in rework costs. This level of operational efficiency is critical for an industry that spends billions annually on unplanned rework and delays. With enterprise clients such as Hensel Phelps and PCI, the startup is on a fast track to reshaping how the industry approaches project oversight.

For Track3D, the future is bright. The backing from top-tier investors highlights a shared belief in the company’s ability to drive structural change across the construction sector. As Sateesh Andra, managing director at Endiya Partners, put it: “Track3D is shaping the digital transformation of a pivotal sector. The time is now for a unified, data-agnostic construction monitoring solution that delivers real-time, accurate, and cost-efficient progress tracking.”

As Track3D continues to grow, the company is laser-focused on its mission to eliminate guesswork in construction monitoring. “Reality capture isn’t particularly new,” explains Chaitanya NK, CEO and co-founder of Track3D, “but our Reality Intelligence Platform is the first-of-its-kind unified solution that turns raw data into exponentially more valuable information with advanced AI tools. If you can see it, we can capture and analyze it—without the need for BIM.”
