AIM Research is now accepting the participation and nominations for the 3rd edition of the PeMa Quadrant for Generative AI (GenAI) Services, an annual study that analyzes service providers based on market penetration (Pe) and technology maturity (Ma). The PeMa Quadrant offers a structured, data-driven view of how vendors are positioned in the evolving services market.
This year’s edition will assess vendors offering services in GenAI with a focus on both global and regional markets.
Highlights:
- Evaluation is based on ten indices: Delivery Scale, Financial Health, Growth, Customer Confidence, Company Outreach, Work Delivery, Tech Advancement, Value Realization, Employee Maturity, Support Infrastructure
- The 2026 quadrant and supporting report will be released in Q1 CY2026 (calendar year).
- Assessment methodology includes a combination of survey responses, client inputs, and briefing calls.
Call for Participation:
Service providers are invited to participate by completing PeMa questionnaire and engaging in briefings with analysts. The PeMa Guide 2026 outlines the evaluation framework, selection, criteria, and timelines for participation.
